The Human Resource Management Department's mandate is as follows:
To facilitate the recruitment, maintain and retain of the highest quality human resources capability, with a view to ensuring that the services required of the Revenue Authority by the various clients are delivered on a timely basis.
To establish the image of the Revenue Authority as an attractive employer, through the provision of competitive compensation and benefits package and other awards.
To establish and maintain standards of technical performance and disciplined behavior amongst all managers and employees.
